Shipping and Delivery

Delivery prices are displayed in the checkout of the shop and are weight and distance calculated automatically. Normaly ordered goods are dispatched to Trade customers and  next day where orders are before 10am and deliveries in Ireland are next day from dispatch. Please note that Autogate Systems may contact you before your order is processed or dispatched in order to confirm the order is correct to requirements, and if we are unable to contact you it may delay your order. Autogate Systems can not garantee next day delivery  and  times may vary,

In any case where there is deemed to be a longer delay on delivery we will contact the customer . Any damage caused on unloading will be the responsibility of the customer and no claims can be entertained in connection with this. The customer is responsible for providing all labour information and facilities necessary to effect and prompt delivery and safe unloading. The time of delivery is not guaranteed without previous special written undertakings. The copy(ies) of the delivery note must be signed on receipt of the goods. Unless any deficiency or damage is recorded there on delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for claims.   On receipt of goods please check to ensure all is in order, and nothing is damaged/missing ,the onus is on the customer to make us aware of any damage immediately so that we can contact our couriers. If this does not happen the couriers will not entertain any disputs at a later date because it can not be proved that they are responsible for the damage and it may have happened after receiving the order.The onus is on the customer to provide the correct delivery address and eircode, if the incorrect details are provided by the customer at time or order we or our delivery partners cannot be responsible for the delivery to an incorrect location.  The buyer will be responsible for ascertaining and checking that the goods are as ordered and also accepting they are suitable for the purpose for which they are required. Any damage caused on unloading will be the responsibility of the customer and no claims can be entertained in connection with this.Autogate Systems will reserve the right to cancel an order and rebate a transaction if it is deemed that the order shipping address is courier depot or container dispatch or such other third party pick up location.

If a product is not in stock or no longer available the customer will be notified. Autogate systems can then agree with the customer to send an alternative product of similar value and suitability or offer a credit or refund to the customer

Defects Breakages Representations and Warranties

Goods are covered by manufactures warranty where stated. Warranty on goods may vary and the owes is on the customer to ensure that warranties are as stated. You can cancel your order up to 7 days after date of delivery. In order to do this please contact us in writing or email. Where goods are returned to us and the order is cancelled the goods must be in good condition fit for resale. If they have being used or damaged goods will not be accepted. Autogate Systems retains the right to offer a replacement or repair the item if it is found to be covered under warranty Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by the correct return item form which is available from us on request and must be filled in fully or it will not be accepted. There is a 20 percent restocking charge on all items. Shipping of returned and warrantied items are to be paid by the customer , Autogate Systems will not be responsible for return shipping costs.In order to process returns and follow up on warranties we may require photographs and further information to assist us in conclusion of the matter. The buyer will be responsible for ascertaining and checking that the goods as ordered accepted and used are suitable for the purpose for which they are required. If this is not the case and goods are found to be used incorrectly We give no warranties on these matters, and if any of the goods are found to be defective for whatsoever, we shall have no liability for any damage or loss of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise or whether direct or consequential or occasioned thereby. In accepting delivery of the goods supplied by us, the customer acknowledges that no representation whether oral or in writing has been made by us or by anyone in our employ which has led the customer to enter into the contract for the purchase of these goods. No representation or warranty is implied or given except as expressly stated in these conditions or in the appropriate quotation given in writing. Title in the goods does not pass to the customer until all the goods have been paid for in full. All outstanding invoices are payable on demand.Our prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice.whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices are correct we are only human and there may be some  errors typographical, photographic, or technical autogate systems shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. , if a price is incorrect for a product we reserve the right to correct this and will contact you in to give you the correct price wheather this is  higher or lower than the stated price. If you wish to continue with order -Great ,if not we will cancel the order for you.AutogateSystems accecpt no liability for these mistakes.
